How to Increase Your Employee Buy-in [2020]

Employees having a meeting and smiling

Increasing your employee buy-in may sound exciting and simple to accomplish, but in reality, for most organizations – it isn’t as easy to execute it to the targeted level.

With the scattered buzzwords of “employee engagement” or “employee buy-in”  and what those pretty word connections truly stand for – we must ask ourselves this one question.

Why do we even need to keep our employees engaged? That is, especially, when Josh from HR always delivers on time and Helen from marketing goes prior to the assigned deadline.

If the management of your enterprise operations seems to be running “just fine”, why even waste time on the unnecessary performance evaluations of your internal stakeholders?…

Why Transparency and Inclusivity are the keys to Successful Leadership

Water drop to show transparency in sustainability business

What is a successful leader?

It can be difficult to define in words exactly what makes a good leader. Like some things, you know it when you see it as much as you notice the absence of good leadership when it is missing. Successful leadership is about driving and fulfilling a vision. It takes action and is capable of inspiring others to work towards and achieve the same goals that the leader envisions.

Productive and efficient leadership can be about so much more than directing the workflow traffic where those below are subservient to the demands of those above, but rather can benefit from maximizing the potential of all team members involved.  A successful leader is able to bring together the different skills and perspectives of a team and encourage them to identify and work towards their shared goals

The damaging effects of poor leadership

In the same way as most people can point to times that they were inspired and driven by strong leadership,  we all have at some point experienced working with a leader with the opposite traits, and the negative effects this can have on our own performance.…

Impact Plan: Launch Event

On March 28, we had the official launch event to formally introduce our first product: Impact Plan. It was an exclusive event, invitation-only. The uniqueness of the venue – Improv Comedy Copenhagen (ICC) Theatre – allowed us to mix the presentation of the product with an entertaining show held by ICC Corporate team.

The event started with a welcoming flute of champagne and an initial networking session, allowing the attendees to introduce themselves to each other.

Mia Negru On Stage At The Launch Event
First to come on stage was Mia Negru, CRO & Co-Founder of 2030 Builders, with an introductory speech about the agenda for the evening.

SDG 13: Climate Action

What is the purpose of SDG 13?

SDG 13 takes urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts. With the rising greenhouse gas emissions, the responsibility for minimizing these effects had become vital. The increases in greenhouse gas concentrations are driving negative change at a high rate. SDG 13 encourages to overcome this crucial problem by implementing climate change measures into strategies, planning, and policies, regardless of the “influence” level.

Reasons for working with SDG 13:

Global warming continues to break annual records, with the strongest storms, hottest years, longest droughts and more. The arctic ice is melting at an alarming rate, and the global average sea level rose 19 cm between 1901 and 2010.…

SDG 7: Affordable and clean energy

What is the purpose of SDG 7?

Ensuring universal access to affordable electricity by 2030.

Reasons to work with SDG 7

Our consumption of fossil fuel has been and continues to be the primary driver of global climate change. At the same time, more and more people demand access to cheap energy, which provides the basis for a good living standard.

However, one in seven people still lacks access to electricity. This demand must be met with alternative fuel sources, not to further the pressure on our ecosystems.

How is 2030 Builders addressing SDG 7

By investing in clean energy sources such as solar, wind, thermal, and other, is crucial.…
